TORONTO - A 48-year-old single mother of two is now the leader of the pack after winning the title of Miss Cougar Canada.
Alison Brown, owner of the online art gallery — lisabrowngallery.com — and a personal trainer in Toronto, beat out several other contestants Friday at the pageant held at Tattoo Rock Parlour, where the first annual Canadian Cougar Convention was being held. It’s American counterpart has been on the prowl since 2008.
“It’s interesting,” she said of her new title
We did the first Cougar Convention in Silicon Valley last August and we had a massive crowd and turned away hundreds of people,” said organizer Rich Gosse of Cougarevents.com. “The cougar phenomenon began in Canada, so we’ve always wanted to go to Toronto.”

“A cougar is the new breed of single, older women — confident, sophisticated, desirable and sexy,” Gibson said in a statement. “What she wants is younger men and lots of fret sex. What she doesn’t want is children, cohabitation or commitment.”

Cougars are sad and pathetic. No matter what kind of reasoning or excuse people make up, older women chasing younger men is far worse than an older man chasing after a younger girl. I'm sure cougars have heard it before: If you are over 30 and single, it's your fault. Well, it is. Because a younger guy is willing to sleep with an older woman doesn't actually make her attractive, guys on the prowl will pretty much sleep with anything, including ugly young things and cougars. In fact, it is easier to sleep with someone you don't care about. No performance anxiety to worry about!!! Message to the cougars; because we will sleep with you doesn't mean we like you or even find you attractive. Go out and find a real man, if you can handle it.
